Return Policy:
At Flutter Creations, we strive to make our customers satisfied with the purchase. To continue doing this, if for any reason our customers are not happy with the purchase, we have laid down the return or replacement policy to ensure a smooth business relationship to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be received as damage, faulty, defect or torn material.
- Proper pictures, videos as a proof to be shared to the company for careful analysis.
- Items must not be used, be in the original and same condition as received.
- If approved, Items must be returned within 5 working days from the date parcel received.
- Replacement or refund will be subject to the decision made by the company.
- Sale Items are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.
- International Customers (shipping outside of Pakistan) are NOT Eligible for any replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear pictures or videos via email or whatsapp
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for damaged product
Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost
- Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging to ensure the item being returned won’t be damaged further.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Services team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (s), we will notify you of the status of your return around approval or rejection.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Replacement Policy:
Under normal circumstances, we do quality assurance before packing and dispatch. But still In case if a damaged or defective product is received, do contact us within 48 hrs of your order received and then we will arrange the replacement or refund. The final decision will be with the company if it is the case of replacement or refund.
